    At Candle Haven, I take pride in handcrafting high-quality candles with eco-friendly ingredients and meaningful stories. I want you to love every purchase, but I understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Please review my return policy below.

    Eligibility for returns

    To qualify for a return, the candle must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

    Returns must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date. If over 14 days since purchase, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

    Non-returnable

    Used candles, or candles and packaging not in their original condition.

    Return process

    Contact me at hello@candle-haven.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

    Provide item details and reason for the return.

    I will review your request and provide return instructions.

    Shipping costs

    You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your candle. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from refund.

    Return policy

    I will review your request, and once return is received and inspected, I will notify you by email that I have received returned candle.

    I will also notify you of approval or rejection of refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed to original method of payment.

    Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

    Exchanges

    If you wish to exchange your candle, follow the return process and indicate your preference for an exchange instead of a refund.

    Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

    Damaged or incorrect items

    If your candle arrives damaged or if yoy received the wrong item, please contact me at hello@candle-haven.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.

    Include photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
